HeyCC
Document workflow

Create a document, then open the file.

HeyCC can help create text-based deliverables on iPhone and export supported results as Markdown or PDF. Begin with an outline and acceptance criteria, then inspect the saved file independently from the chat response.

Before you start

Specify audience, purpose, required sections, length, tone and facts that must not be invented. If the document contains private information, remove unnecessary data before sending content to the selected model service.

Reusable prompt

Draft a project brief for [audience]. Include context, objective, non-goals, scope, milestones, risks, owners and acceptance criteria. Mark every missing fact as “TBD” instead of guessing. First show the outline; create the Markdown file only after I approve it.

Workflow

  1. Ask for an outline and verify every required section.
  2. Supply confirmed facts and label unknowns as TBD.
  3. Review the draft for invented names, dates, numbers and commitments.
  4. Save Markdown and export a PDF when a fixed layout is useful.
  5. Open both outputs and verify headings, links, page breaks and filename.

Expected deliverable

An editable Markdown source and, when requested, a readable PDF export. The audited evidence supports Markdown/PDF and text-file workflows. Reading Office files does not prove native DOCX, PPTX or XLSX creation.

Layout-sensitive exports need visual inspection before sharing.

Questions

Can HeyCC create a native Word document?

That is not supported by the current marketing evidence. This template promises Markdown and PDF only.

Why approve the outline first?

It catches missing sections before a polished draft makes omissions harder to notice.

Can the document contain confidential information?

Only after understanding the selected model provider’s data path and removing information not needed for the task.
