By using HeyCC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Service Description
HeyCC is an iOS client for interacting with AI language models. The app provides a local interaction interface and does not operate any AI service itself. You are responsible for managing your own API credentials and your relationship with third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, etc.).
API Usage
- You must provide your own AI provider API credentials
- You are responsible for all charges incurred through your credentials
- API usage is subject to each provider's terms of service
- HeyCC is not responsible for provider outages or changes
User Responsibilities
- Keep your API credentials safe and do not share them
- Do not use HeyCC for illegal or harmful purposes
- You are responsible for all content generated through the app
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
Ownership of HeyCC itself (including code, design, and trademark) belongs to the developer. Intellectual property of content generated through AI interactions is determined by each AI provider's terms and applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
HeyCC is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, API charges, or service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
